- Fantastic Resource! Review by MyFourMonkeys

Rating Homeschooling is so much fun, but even funner when you add lots of hands-on crafts and projects to stimulate your children's creativity, keep their attention, and reaffirm the lessons and concepts they're learning. We have lots of craft and project idea books for all grades and ages, but I had never seen a craft idea video until I was introduced to The Bag Ladies Videobag from Maupin House.
The Bag Ladies are two teachers who have created several craft idea books (and now a video, too) that give you step-by-step instructions for some of the easiest and most creative projects I have ever seen! My favorite part is that not only are they quick, easy, fun, and interactive but the projects all use easy to find, inexpensive objects.
The Bag Ladies Videobag spells out nine different projects including the ponytail band book, container necklace, file folder diorama, and our favorite, the reading wallet. Can't wait to do that one! We are currently working on a very creative book report diorama that we learned to do off this video. There are so many different ways to use these projects, and all the projects in this video are easily adaptable to different subjects and grade levels.(Posted on 2/1/10)
